​How do I

place an order?

 

When you order aloe vera products on the website, we need to know your name, email address, mailing address, credit card number, V-Code number and expiration date. This allows us to fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status. All ground shipments will be charged actual shipping rates or $7.50 which ever is LESS (except HI, GU, MP, PW, AK & APO's. 2nd Day Air and Overnight shipments will pay actual shipping charges. Orders of $800.00 or more will pay actual shipping charges. Actual shipping rate is based on the weight of the shipment.

All orders shipping to Alaska or APO/AE pay actual Shipping based on the shipping method selected. 

All orders shipping to Hawaii, GU, MP, PW will ship via Delivery Hawaii.  Orders totaling $800.00 or less will be charged a $15.00 shipping fee.  Orders totaling $800.00 or more will include Actual shipping.

Refunds

All orders with appropriate payment must be submitted to an authorized FLP product center, Customer Care at (888) 440‐ALOE (2563), or via the Internet at www.foreverliving.com, by 11:59 p.m.(AZ time) on the last calendar day of the applicable Month to qualify for a bonus generated for that Month. (c) All orders must be paid in full before processing. Acceptable forms of payment include credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover), PayPal, check, or money order. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Retail Customers are guaranteed 100% product satisfaction. Within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase, a Retail Customer may (a) Obtain a new replacement for any defective product; or (b) Cancel the purchase, return the product and obtain a full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping. In all cases, proper notice, proof of purchase and timely return of the product is required to be given to the source of purchase. FLP reserves the right to reject repetitive returns. 3.04 When FLP products are acquired from or through an FBO, that FBO is the primary party responsible for customer satisfaction by exchanging the product or refunding the money. In the event there is a dispute, FLP will determine the facts and resolve the issue.
